Need help identifying a piece of jewelry that is approx. 1 1/2" in diameter with what looks like an abalone inset in silver. The makers mark on the back looks like "rabbit ears" with the initials STC underneath. Any info would be greatly appreciated. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Lrowley (edited 01-19-2004).] IP: Logged |

Hi Lori. It would help if you could post a picture of the piece and its mark. I can't really visualize the mark. Is this item a brooch or...? IP: Logged |

The item is a necklace. It is about the size of a cameo but its round not oval. The mark looks like it could possibly be a bird or bee in flight but I really think it looks like rabbit ears. The initials could also be STG. I will attempt to get a picture on later today. Lori quote: IP: Logged |
