Meyle & Mayer was a Pforzheim (Germany) company around the turn of the century. Their trademark was a dragonfly. The Meyle & Mayer pieces I have seen and handled were all exquisite silver & enamel designs. Their records may have been destroyed during WWI. I am wondering if anybody has more specific information about this wonderful maker as I have found virtually nothing in references to which I have access. IP: Logged |
