[26-0370] I have a 5 inch diameter by 2 5/8" high with a 2 13/16" fluted base that I am trying to find the history of. The marking on the inside of the base is: Gorham (in script) as the first line; E and P with a hanging-type flag that has a point at the bottom and an anchor inside the flag; this anchor and flag separates the E and P, as the second line; YC778 is the last line of the marking. I would appreciate any information I can obtain about the bowl. Thank you. IP: Logged |

The EP mark indicates that the bowl is silverplate. I believe the script form of Gorham is a modern version, perhaps 1960s on. The YC778 indicates the design or pattern of the piece. IP: Logged |
