I picked up 10 demitasse spoons, T&Co. "diamond" STG marking at a tag sale today - gold plated (it appears) and each of the 10 spoons are a different flower. Just beautiful, however, I can't find ANY information on them what so ever. Can anyone help? IP: Logged |

These are demitasse spoons by Tiffany in the circa 1890 Floral pattern. It was a not full line pattern. For more information, you may want to look at Bill Hood's Tiffany Silver Flatware: When Dining Was an Art. IP: Logged |

Paul is correct. The entire set of twelve demitasse spoons in the Floral pattern by Tiffany are pictured in Figure 393, page 266, Tiffany Silver Flatware, 1845-1905: When Dining Was an Art, by Hood, Berlin and Wawrynek, published by Antique Collectors' Club in 2000. The figure caption gives the flowers represented. The spooons are sterling, not plated, and should be marked with "STG" in addition to "T. & Co." IP: Logged |
