Ms. Raab paid tribute to the late Alan Fortunoff who was an enthusiastic supporter of American silver. For each of the years 1989 to 1991, Mr. Fortunoff made his store windows and store space available for an annual exhibition of contemporary silver. Ms. Raab shared with us some of the silver that made up each of these exhibitions. She ended with the provocative question: What place does silver have at the table? IP: Logged |
