The most common and the only one as far as I know that used the word Crescent alone is Crescent Silverware Mfg. Co of Port Jervis NY. It was founded in 1922 in New York City and moved th Port Jervis in 1939. After 1935 they took over the old Knickerbocker Silver Company. They were bought out by Kirk in 1977. They made a wide variety (about 450 items) of silver-plate holloware as well as pewter and chrome-plated items, though these were discontinued after 1935. IP: Logged
