The mark on the bottom is a windmill with pipes (used for smoking, on both sides of the windmill). The numbers 3226 are underneath the mark. Any idea who the maker and year are? Each side has about two people on it. The chase work shows pair of women and a pair of men. Their colonial style homes are in the background. Thanks. IP: Logged
