Somebody, please help me...I've been searching for help all day. have a salad fork and spoon approx. 12 1/2" high. The only markings are three crowns on the back of each piece. They came in a velvet bag marked Three Crowns Silversmiths, Pottsville, Pa. Can you tell me if they are silver or silver plated? Any info about the silversmiths? It would be so helpful. Thanks so much!!!! ============= IP: Logged |

They're silverplate. Three Crowns Silversmiths of Pottstown, PA was in business from 1946 until sometime in the '60s, specializing in Scandinavian-style pieces. Cheryl ;o) IP: Logged |
