"Reddall & Co. Inc. of Newark, NJ is the maker of this wonderful 2-piece buckle in a wings design. Its mark is a three-pointed crown. This piece is of cast but not heavy silver, gilded, and with a smooth back and heavily worked surface. It is about 3" wide."
