"Although the center post of this one-piece buckle swivels, the actual clasp is the small U shape hook on the reverse. This is a cast piece with a slightly raised design of leaves and shells, about 2" high. It is by R. Blackinton & Co. of North Attleboro, Mass. (just outside of Providence.)"
