| Many other 19th century makers emulated Shiebler's style, most notably including Frank Whiting and the Howard Sterling Company. The bracelet pictured above is a typical example of Whiting's 19th century jewelry. It has simple hollow curb links with a circular box clasp featuring an applied moth motif. This was also produced by Whiting with a spider. Shiebler produced a very similar bracelet form; the example I saw featured a more intricate design of ginkgo leaves and a beetle
