I have recently purchased a "Reed and Barton" stainless steel dish, which is probably from after the 1950's. On the back is stamped "Reed and Barton," "2001," "handcrafted." I cannot seem to find out any information on the stamp, does anyone have any ideas about where I could search for more information? The dish is about 8"x2" (deep) and the design is quite interesting. The inside of the dish is mottled gold with silver color, with lots of texture and uneven surface, plus around the edge and the middle is a somewhat Celtic design, in silver color. I am just searching for more information, if any has any ideas they would be much appreciated. Thanks, Sharon Brind IP: Logged |
