I try to make it a habit to ask sellers and other silver fiends what their favorite references are. I am trying to build my stash of books, and knowing what others use helps. I recently ordered the "Book of Silver", but won't get to see it until August. Another book I came across, but don't know much about is "Antique Silver Servers for the Table" by Seymour Rabinovitch. Is anyone familiar with this book?? Probably my first and still favorite book is my Noel Turner. If others want to share their favorites, I'd appreciate it.

Lisa,

You might want to try and get a copy of Jeweler's Circular Keystone's book "Sterling Flatware Pattern Index." I think the web site is JC-K.com. Lots of great patterns with names not in most books.
