I have a Gerog Jensen Coffee Pot that is missing the original ivory handle. How can I obtain a handle to replace it or have it repaired with a new ivory handle? IP: Logged |

quote: Perhaps try contacting the company at the New York Store and seeing if they can get a new handle for you. If not perhaps a local silversmith can make one for you. Try the Georg Jensen store in NY first. ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you could get the coffee pot over to the uk we could make a new handle if you could obtain any pictures of how it would have looked it would be usefull but your best bet is to try the george jenson shop first. our details are on our website. I hope this is of some use. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Julian A. B. Hart (edited 11-20-2000).] IP: Logged |

If you got an ivory handle in Europe you might encounter difficulty bringing the object back to US because of restrictions on ivory importation. Suggest you check this out with customs prior to this arrangement. Janet Drucker ------------------ IP: Logged |
