Please can anyone help identify marks on a set of six old, but "modern looking" teaspoons. There are three marks located in the bowl at the base of the stem. In the centre, a triangular stamp containing the number "5" to the left and a double cross on a mound in the centre. On the left, the initials "FR" within an irregular stamp which looks something like an artist's palette. To the right, a worn stamp woth the number "900". Thank you for any help, and I do apologise if the answer is very obvious. Here in Chile I have very limited access to reference books. Patrick Vyvyan IP: Logged |

The triangular mark with cross is Czechoslovakian, put into use after 1929, the 5 denotes .800 silver. IP: Logged |
