From time to time our moderators try to "seed" the SSF with interesting subjects which might make for discussion. Sometimes they will find an old long forgotten post/thread and bump it to the top.

The Silver Salon Forums could use some volunteers/assistants/associates/contributing editors to help our moderators to keep things interesting.

If you are interested in volunteering please let me know at info@SMPub.com Please make the subject line read "Silver Volunteer" or it could be treated as SPAM.

Those who volunteer will receive credit and a SMPub.com email address. For example Clara has volunteered as a Contributing Editor in the Silver Events & Exhibitions Forum.

Your credit/title can be almost anything (subject to moderator approval), for example:

• Volunteer
  
• Contributing Editor
  
• Moderator Fellow
  
• Contributing Chair
  
• Moderator Mate
  
• Associate Moderator
  
• Member Silver Wizard
  
• and/or other handle you and your moderator would like to use as a title.

Over time photos/links tend to break. Many of the broken photos or links could be restored if we knew they were broken. So please let us know.

Also there are threads that need to be edited. For example, a thread that no longer requires the "how to post photos" suggestions or an image that was "snipped" for being over sized and could be properly restored without the "how to post photos" suggestions or the "snipped" notices/dialog. If you made us aware of them we would do the editing.

Also there are threads/posts that should be moved to a more appropriate forum or deleted completely. If you made us aware of them we would move them.

We need at one or more volunteers for each forum. Please consider becoming an SSF volunteer.

There is room for more volunteers. We also need general volunteers. Also what or how often or when a volunteer does may be limited in scope, for example you may only offer to do something once or for a few days or ever once and a while or for one project or ..... ETC.

Those who have volunteered are now able to discuss what their effort will focus on with moderators in a private SSF Volunteers Forum.
