[01-2623] Olive, my parakeet, likes to collect small silver items. He was glad to hear that the Silver Salon was interested in seeing collections. He's especially fond of bells, the kind they used to make for babies to teethe on (maybe they still do?). He has several of these, all with different tones, which he imitates: He's also very fond of half a silver watch case: And he loves his frog pendant: Also, if anyone has anything deep to say about the piece of a watch case, we'd love to hear it. I assume it's 800 silver from somewhere German-speaking, perhaps Switzerland, made in the late 19th century. Is that right? IP: Logged |
