ahwt Posts: 2334 Registered: Mar 2003	posted 07-30-2008 06:57 PM I had a couple of beakers that resisted polishing in the inside bottom protion. I finally decided that it was not tarnish, but rather a deposit of minerals left from water the was allowed to evaprorate. I put in the beakers a solution of CLR and the mineral deposits mostly went away. I still had to do a little polishing, but it was minor. CLR is just one brand and I imagine any brand will do, even just plain vinegar. IP: Logged
