ahwt Posts: 2334 Registered: Mar 2003	posted 07-16-2022 11:45 PM This is from a site that discusses British Pottery and Porcelain. It is a meat platter or dish wedge made by, appropriately, Josiah Wedgwood. This one is very plain but would certainly function to raise one end of a platter. I suspect that not many of these, in either silver or ceramic material, were made. I cannot find it right now, but I have ceramic tree and well meat platter that has a built in slope.
