I have an estate set of jewelry that appears to be Egyptian. Set with blue ceramic? scarobs with elaborate engraving even on the clasp. Clasp is hallmarked with 3 marks side by side - What appears to be a 2 or snake; hand of fatima; a hyeriglyphic symbol. Is there anywhere I can get info on Egyptian marks or does this particular mark sound familiar. The set appears to be silver content and does have some age to it. Thanks ! IP: Logged |

Without a photo or drawing of the marks, it is really tough to speculate on the origin and age of your piece. The scarab and Egyption motif was very popular around the turn of the last century when King Tut's Tomb was discovered. This could be from that era. But the marks should tell the story. IP: Logged |
