I have a very ornate silver bracelet with I would say 6 large spinels in it. Very pretty. My question is "What is 950 Jerusalem silver?" Any info would be appreciated. "950" is stands for the grade of silver used. So, your bracelet is 95.0% silver and 5% other metal, for strengthening (since pure silver is very soft). Sterling silver is 92.5% silver. And Jerusalem is probably where it was made. Do you have a picture of the bracelet you can post? IP: Logged |
