Hi, I have this great Native American sterling and turquoise bracelet that I would like to know more about. Does anyone recognize what tribe or area this might come from or when it might have been made. It is marked with a simple word "sterling" on the back.
Thanks. IP: Logged |

Sorry for my delay in replying. I am just back from a vacation and trying to catch up on this forum. Your bracelet is Zuni. Without handling the bracelet, I can't say for certain when it was made. This style of bracelet was & is very popular, and yours could have been made in the 1920s or the 1970s. I would guess somewhere around the 50s for your example. IP: Logged |

Thank you Paul. I thought it might be but not so familiar with this style and not sure. I also thought it might be from about the 1950's or so. It's quite heavy and substantial. Many thanks. Susan IP: Logged |
