[26-0138] I need help with this ring. Is it considered Modernist. The hallmark is on the outside. Does this pic look familiar to anyone? Thanks IP: Logged |

It is hard to read the mark from your posted image. Could you possibly enlarge it? Fred IP: Logged |

Hi Fred, Thanks for taking a look. Are these any better, I did them right side up and upside down. IP: Logged |

Puig Doria, a Spanish artist. I don't know any more than that, but you can Google search and find several pieces by this person. A ring that looks identical to yours is on this site [gone from the Internet], with clearer hallmarks: quote: IP: Logged |

You guys are great! Thanks so much for the help. I really thought this one was a lost cause. I googled the name and found it is a Spanish jewelry company still in existence. My ring doesn't have Made in Spain or 925 like other pieces I found, so I emailed them to see if they made some pieces that didn't have a Sterling mark. Thanks again! IP: Logged |
