I am convinced this watch fob is Georg Jensen. However, it is only marked with a stamped "35". There are no missing pieces where there could have been marks. Somebody did add a pin stem and catch to the top at a later date, so a signature COULD be under there, although I'm doubtful. The swivel clasp is virtually identical to one seen on a GJ fob in the Druckers' Jensen book. I have a shown a close-up of the decoration. This is the first time I have seen an unsigned piece that I am convinced is Jensen, and would like if anybody could refute or support that.

No one has answered you, and I felt sad about that. I'd believe you--but I wouldn't be able to guarantee that you're correct. In some ways it's just typical ca. 1900 design--but the little details are indeed very Jensenesque. IP: Logged |
