Many fashion designers create jewelry as a way to augment their apparel collections. Some is wonderful and some is hideous (also it is often derivative of vintage jewelry designs). Here are some examples. IP: Logged |

More... Currently there is a trend for Goth/"rocker" motifs, so a lot of contemporary designer silver jewelry features motifs such as skulls, daggers, swords, crosses, layered chains, etc. Elsa Peretti used to design silver jewelry for the iconic clothing label Halston (before she went to Tiffany).
