223 South Sixth Street in Philadelphia has its own interesting history as the former home of Mayor Dilworth and apparently the start of gentrification of that area. I did not see anything about Ms. Peterson, but it could be newspapers at the time Mayor Dilworth built his home has some information about its prior history. Thanks for the interesting post.
