The Chen Collection is right now on view at Freeman's, Philadelphia Oct.1-5th, and then at the Forbes (Oct.7th-12th),at both galleries only highlights. The whole collection to be seen at Lyon & Turnbull (the auctioneers) in Edinburgh Nov15/16 and finally at The Caledonian Club, 9A Halkin Street, Belgravia (London) from Nov.20-23, where it also will be sold. The Chen collection is discussed by Tim Schroder as an amazing collection containing objects "that show a real eye" in Lyon & Turnbull International View, Autumn 2008. Specialist at Lyon & Turnnbull is Mr. Colin Fraser, who was just in Canada and held a lecture for the Silver Society of Canada. IP: Logged |
