Hello all, Here is an interesting piece; a bronze medal struck for the 100th anniversary of Wallace Silversmiths in 1935. It is just shy of 3 inches in diameter by 1/4 inch thick. The medal is "signed" GL or LG. Does anyone know anything about this medal, or know the artist? Brent IP: Logged |

Gaston Lachaise? A major figure in American sculpture in the 1920s and 30s. This doesn't really look like his style--but the parameters of the model might have limited it. IP: Logged |
