(Had to post this in 2 parts see: Towle Selling Program Post 2) OK, bear with me, this might seem a little long but it has a happy ending: I had seen (and been wanting) these two catalogs for months but the price was a little high. I finally got the nerve to ask the owner for a discount and he agreed so I got them:
After reading them, the flatware book referenced a series of booklets called "The Selling Key to Sterling Patterns". I thought I would never find them but lo and behold a week later I was scrolling through the big auction site and there was a brand new listing for a series of booklets with a buy it now, so I did.
