It is called "The Silverware of the Ages" and contains a fold-out, info card and 15 cards that show a Gorham product(s) on the front and a brief description of the period or influence on the back. I'll post the cover, fold-out, info card and first and second cards front and back and if you want, I'll post the remaining ones in future posts.
