I'm happy to share that the new catalog Silver: An American Art The Milo M. Naeve Collection of American Silver at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston is now available through the MFAH shop. New scholarship on silver spanning from the late nineteenth to the mid-twentieth century by silversmiths, including Mary Peyton Winlock, Peer Smed, William de Matteo, and Maria Regnier, among others, is featured in the book with new photography. Just received my copy of this. A slender but really wonderful catalog, with super pictures, mark descriptions, and biographical info on Mary Winlock, Friedell, Potter, Kalo, Novick, Marshall Field, Jarvie, Smed, Gorham, Shreve, Tiffany, ONC, deMatteo, Regnier, Panis, Gardner Silver Company, David Monash, and others. Just $30 + S/H from mfahshoponline@mfah.org IP: Logged |
