![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We found this Gorham piece at an estate sale. We are thinking it is a food pusher, but are unsure and very curious. Does anyone know what this would have been used for? Also, is this one of Gorham's "maverick" patterns? Thanks for your help! ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Geri had contacted me at another forum and I asked her to bring her query to the folks here. It has the appearance of a plunger of sorts in the Aesthetic Style. Perhaps part of something. It looks clunky to be a food pusher. (goes to show what I know about food pushers) Fred [This message has been edited by FredZ (edited 11-30-2004).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is somewhat of a guess, but given the seafood oriented theme of the piece, I am wondering if it might have been used to crack crabs or to push crab shells. IP: Logged |
