I just bought a sterling food pusher in Tiffany's "Floral" pattern. The new Tiffany flatware book illustrates the coffee spoons, some bonbon spoons, tongs, and a fork of some sort, but no pusher; does anyone know if other children's silver was made in this pattern? Also, was the pusher only made with the clover handle? Here are three pics (entire piece; pattern detail; reverse of implement end, showing construction) of the piece:

Your "Floral" food pusher is the first piece of children's flatware I have seen in this pattern. Neither Roslyn Berlin nor I can say definitely whether other children's silver was made in "Floral," but it seems unlikely since the handle in this pattern would be too small for the standard child's spoon or fork. Also, cannot say if the food pusher was made in another motif beside clover. IP: Logged |
