A friend has some sterling flatware marked Easterling. I checked my references, but can't find any information about the company. Can anyone help? IP: Logged |

Easterling was/is a direct sales company, kind of like Tupperware or Fuller Brushes. It think they actually sold door-to-door, using the "not sold in stores" pitch. They sold six different patterns of flatware, manufactured specifically for them by Gorham. The patterns were not marked or sold as Gorham, however. If you have a description or a picture of a piece, we can probably dig up the pattern name. IP: Logged |

What fast answers!!! Thank you very much. I've emailed the information to my friend who, I'm sure, will be as impressed with me as I am with the two experts. IP: Logged |
