A friend just showed me an unusual little spoon. The bowl is heart-shaped and has in place of a handle, what appears to be something like a paper clip soldered onto it. It's marked Gorham Sterling 1030. Any ideas? IP: Logged |

Sounds kind of like a bookmark(?). If it is a spoon, it is probably one of Gorham's many novelties. The new Tiffany book is very extensive, but I think a book of Gorham flatware would have to be about twice as big! Brent IP: Logged |

Brent - Thanks for your quick reply about the paper clip spoon. Your thoughts about it being a book-mark is the best possibility I've heard yet. joescio IP: Logged |
