Yeah! Agleopar, I found the info I had been looking for. I know it's too late for the little cup & I can't seem to get a mark on this smith, however the design/shape is similar I think to this Australian Christopher Sherwin tea set. See what you think. I hope it's OK to post this link it's an article from The World of Antiques & Arts......I can't find the date either but here goes. Jersey, you are in the right direction for style but the little cup/vase was more 50's-60's modern (I think, it's all guess work). On the other hand I am very happy to learn of a brother from down under, original design and good technique! IP: Logged |
