It saddens me to see another firm sell off their manufacturing tools and file for Chapter 11. IP: Logged |

Fred, We received a mailer today from the auction firm doing the selling of the Lunt stock and machinery. There are many items Lunt manufactured as well as all the various tools and dies up for bid. I can't imagine anyone buying the various flatware and cutlery dies, for the remaining silver companies have all the dies they need, I'm sure. Indeed, it is sad to see. Geoff IP: Logged |

Did anyone get to go to the auction? If so, any idea what pattern dies were sold? After looking through the listing (which didn't provide much info) it doesn't seem like any of their archives (papers, prototypes etc.) were sold. Robert IP: Logged |
