[26-1353] Hi, This is my first post so fingers crossed! I have a silver (plated?) tray. The marks on the bottom look a little like marks I have seen for Birk's silver but I don't think they are Birk's. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Thanks for the Company ID. Also, this tray was footed but has lost 3 of its 4 feet. It has, I think the word is gadrooned sides, (like fences) and it is oblong. Pretty but problematic. I don't know if it's worth bothering with -- I mean in terms of selling. I have been collecting assorted objects for years. Silver is a small passion. I have studied silver smithing for a few years. So, maybe I should just remove the remaining foot and keep the tray. Problem is my lifestyle doesn't include using silver trays. Thanks, Margo IP: Logged |
