[01-1390] I recently purchased a very large four drawer silver flatware chest that is marked Mauser Mfg Co. Fifth Ave and 31st New York N. Y. Does anyone have any information as to when the Mauser Mfg Co was located at this location? That date might help identify the date of manufacture. IP: Logged |

In 1903, Mauser Mfg. Co. merged wth the Hayes & McFarland Company of Mt. Vernon, NY. Mauser began as a silvermith in 1887. Hope that helps! IP: Logged |
