I would like to know more about the venerable firm of Black Starr & Frost. Precious little about the firm appears in Rainwater, yet in its time in New York (and before that in the South--Savannah and New Orleans) it was evidently nearly as prestigious as Tiffany (and similarly, they were a retailer before they were silversmiths). If anyone can shed a bit of light on this venerable company it would be appreciated. MD IP: Logged |
