Near everyday we get "what is worth" or "please identify" emails. After years of this and emailing the senders to post on the forums and the resulting non action from the sender, we now just spot check these type of emails when there is time. Most often it is "what is worth" silverplate questions. Today I looked at one and it is interesting....
I am a volunteer at a Charity and have been asked to find out as much information as possible on a Gorham silver vase, I have spent an enjoyable few hours reading the Gorham information on your Forum. It stands 16 cms tall and is 8 cms at its widest. Yours faithfully,
