Got what looks like a mustard spoon / ladle has several hallmarks. Anyone have any ideas... I have search my library and have found nothing...?

My guess would be something Continental--such as Dutch marks--the A2 is probably a standard mark. Can anyone else help? I know zilch about European silver marks.

I think that the marks are those of William Briggs, a Sheffield plate maker working around 1823. The basic mark is shown under that section in Wyler's.
