Hi, It's been some time since I have used your site, however, I have sent a number of people to it. I need help on a makers name on a sterling bowl. The marks are TC & S Ltd. followed by an upsidedown horseshoe "925" and a small scrip m. IP: Logged |

I cannot dig that mark up in Rainwater, even tho' it should be an easy find. It's probably a small shop, and I'm guessing the turn of the century. What does the bowl look like? I'm hoping that someone out there will know this mark and help me out... IP: Logged |

A picture would be really helpful. Is the the upsidedown horseshoe underlined? Is the horeshoe, 925 and m within individual ovals or boxes? I am thinking it's not an American firm (note the Ltd. for limited... more commonly used by Canadian & English companies) with Sheffield sterling import assay marks for 1987 (the script m).
