The Subject line is what is engraved by stamp on the bottom of a lovely bowl I picked up at a local thrift shop. I see Rogers & Son existed until 1873. Does this mean this particular bowl was made in that time period. I love this bowl and do not plan to part with it so it would not matter to me when or by whom it was created, but it was a small discovery after the piece was cleaned and polished. By the way it sill had the 'inspected by 9' on the bottom also Ha! Thanks in advance for any information. Carole IP: Logged |

Hi again, I looked further into your website and found something on a cup/Bill/73/engravd and learned Intl Silver uses the mark up to this day... and with the inspector sticker...Any other info would be appreciated, still. Informative website, IP: Logged |
