I have two pieces of silver that I cant find any information on. They both have Wallace 17 on the bottomThe design is of grapes and fruit and leaves. I would like to know if it is worth anything. The platter is 20 1/2 inches in diameter and the punch bowl is 15 inches in diameter. If you have any info please email me at[ snip .... Welcome to the Forums. Thanks for registering. It would help us if you would post (or e-mail me) a closeup of the marks. With the photos of the marks (& of the items) we might be able to better identify the maker and provide an estimate on a date of manufacturer. Are they marked sterling or EP or EPNS? Is the design of "grapes/fruit/leaves" engraved or bright cut or repousse? Have you tried the Silver Salon Search function?
On the Forums we do not provide estimates or valuations. To get information about professional appraisers in your area (click here). IP: Logged |
