I don't know if this is the right place but here goes. i have a small silver hall marked cross from a neckalace with the initials E.H. along with the date June 20 1913. Do you know the significance of this piece of jewlery or know where i can try to get further info? IP: Logged |

Is the EH and date the hallmark, or is the hallmark different? My guess (no more) is that the cross was given to someone with the initials E H to commemorate a religious event - perhaps a baptism or first communion which took place in June 1913. IP: Logged |

What is the hallmark? I agree that the EH and the date are probably those of the recipient, and the date he/she recieved it. It could also be something as simple as a birthday gift... IP: Logged |
