Congratulations to curator and moderator Ulysses Grant Dietz for the feature piece in Silver Magazine on Silver World Personalities. The Newark Museum is very fortunate as is this Silver Forum. Thanks for all your informative commentary. [This message has been edited by ahwt (edited 06-26-2005).] IP: Logged |

I haven't seen it yet, because I'm on vacation, and am happy to know that it has appeared. Just after celebrating my Silver anniversary with the museum, we traveled up to the Berkshires and paid a visit to the Clark Art Institute (not always the easiest thing with children in tow). They have a very nice collection of English silver, and (I groaned to see) a very choice collection of American colonial silver given to them by a New Jersey couple, both of whom I knew for many years. Sigh, curator envy. IP: Logged |
