This drainer has nothing to do with silver, except of course now I need to find a suitable silver serving piece to use with it. There are no markings on this creamware drainer so I do not know where or when it was made. It is 17 ½ inches in diameter and about four inches tall. One dealer on the internet suggested that drainers of this type would be useful for draining watercress, but we have never had the occasion to use watercress in that quantity. IP: Logged |
