I am seeking information on W.C. Horn Bro. Co., and they seem to be relatively unknown. I purchased a silverplated cup made by them this weekend. Rainwater does not list this company, nor have I found any information linking them with silverplate, however my research has shown that they were manufacturers of Cribbage boards. (Far Fetched I know!) W.C. Horn Bro. & Co. Manufacturers since 1846 National Headquarters for Adult Games Salesrooms Factory This cup has a diamond shaped stamp on the bottom with the words W.C. Horn Bro. Co. inside the diamond shape. Below the diamond is Quadruple. Above the diamond is 1100. Any one else have anything from this manufacturer? Thanks! (lone silver hunter in Utah) IP: Logged |

Could this cup be used for casting dice? Interesting item, it looks very generic. So there might be many makers. IP: Logged |

The cup does have a nice flower and garland design, and the beaded handle has a tab affixed to it. The shape looks like a drinking cup to me, can't tell that it may have been used for gaming.. IP: Logged |
