Hello all,

Here is a strange little piece that I can not identify. It is a small scoop of some sort, possibly for sugar or tea, with a twisted handle. The mark clearly reads "LK", but there is a ghost of what looks like an E to the right. Positioned as it is, there is even room for another letter. So, it may be just LK, ELK or something like BELK. I was wondering if it might be Native American, but that is about as far as I have gotten. Any ideas?

My understanding is that this piece is associated with cosmetics. It is used to measure and move various ingredients in powders and bath salts. At least that is what I have been told.
